Ya think its easy seeing into the future?? lol {or maybe knowing a few "insiders"} I call em like I see em, unfortunate some dont like to hear the truth and label it a poor attitude/outlook/ doomer!!!
Yet in the end it is what it is , no rose colored glasses here...just the facts..although it sometimes takes the media to a while to catch up to me!! lmfao!!!!

Don't feel bad, here in Wilkes-Barre we are still waiting for the Hotel Sterling Project to get off the ground. I think The Great Wall of China was built in less time!

My parents used to take me there for sunday dining.. A looooong time ago.It was a beautiful place then, from what I remember.

I will believe it when I see a crowded sustained vibrant building... If you read that stat. in the TIMES, take it for what its worth.. Any idea how much public $$$$$ went into this PRIVATE development???

And it still looks the same as it has for the past few years. I think there's a better chance of Elvis and Kurt Cobain landing on Lackawanna Ave in an alien ship than the Connell Building opening anytime soon.
