As i mentioned above my husband and i are looking to relocate to Effort, does anyone have any information on Target home builders

Thank you again in advance
Seems like Mollyme knows the Target builders and she was very happy with them. I also know in Effort our builders "Grant Homes" were good, solid home builders and they have been here in this area for many years.........not changing their name.......which means "wonderful, and respected" around here..........One more short note..........if you climb up that hill on 115 it will be colder. The lower plains areas are warmer..........
Looks like your headed in the right direction.......let us know how things work out.........

Default PV Schools

As far as I have heard, and known from reading and speaking with people.
The Pleasant Valley Schools are great. I hear they have a good standing with everyone. I even just read of someone who snuck their kids in there for a few years from a different school district.........and now will have to foot the bill.
Don't believe all the "flag-wavin" banners on home models........
Like I have said.........Some change names overnight and there are reasons for that.
Plus if you didn't want to build I know a realtor with gorgeous homes for sale this way. Lots of bedrooms and huge rooms and land. Just PM me if you'd like her information.........just a friend who has some great listings I sent to my own kids.
So hoping Ms Molly and I were some help.........Happy Holiday.

Target home builders. I know the V.P. --great guy, named Joe. Target does build very nice homes not sure if they work in Effort. Perhaps look in the development called the BIRCHES.

traffic is everywhere. We avoid "town" on the weekends due to the vacationers, like yourself. So thanks for just verifying what I always say and do. No suprise to me.

If I am not mistaken, thats in the Albrightsville area. Just be sure to find out exactly what school district you are in. My friend lived there and thought she lived in one county but it was another.

Have you checked the website: http://www.towamensing.com/ very informative.

As for special needs....it all depends on exactly what need your child has. Then look into schools in that area that can deal with the needs. Let me know.
