Thank you so much again, Summering. I really appreciate it!

My agent has emailed me some listings in Saylorsburg and Reeders. I am going to go through them and check the map.

Thanks,
M-Y

Hi again,

Are mines an issue in Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg?

As I was looking at the map, it looks like I might as well look into Brodheadsville as well. Any good development there?

Thanks again for all your help and information!

No, no mines in Stroudsburg or E Stroudsburg..........
But, to live in a nice safe area. Stick to those towns you mentioned before.
A bit away from the town. Not that I don't like it. I do.........but it became a bit rougher after 9/11. The nights.........I'd stay away, just as I would in many a townl.
Broadheadville, has very nice homes, in various areas.........I like the Stamford Heights area, but last I knew nothing was there for sale. But, in various areas are great homes. I did a small village tour on here you might look that up just to see the scenery. Broadheadsville tour and tour 2 it was.
No mines in Brodheadsville...........
Some roads to check........there is one sale on Bunny Lane. There are some nice homes behind the library area on Pilgram Way........might be the street after that that goes upward. Your realtor will be a great help with that.
Keep us posted, how you made out.

This is exciting to here. Now we will have to cross our fingers for you.
It is a fun place with so many people from all over, in the winter. Just so full of energy and fun. Yes, and I guess one needs a ton of energy to go down those high mountains. Me, I have fear from the bottom just looking up!!

Hi there. Yes, I remember you. Best of luck to you on your job interview. I really think you will like working there. If you have any other questions about Camelback and the area, please ask away. My daughter works at the Crossings which is jammed packed with stores looking for help especially during the holiday season. I live extremely close to Camelback so please feel free to ask me any questions or concerns.

Again, good luck!

Thank you so much, Summering. You guys are such great help to us out-of-town folks!

My agent sent me listings from Brodheadsville this evening. There isn't anything interesting (to us) on sale there right now. I'll look at your photo tour when my kids (3 boys!) are in bed later. I'll concentrate on the areas mentioned earlier for this weekend.

Thanks!

Actually, i'm not in the USA YET... it's to work there in camelback, but the job interview doesn't take place in Camelback... Someone called Sherry Rex is coming to Brazil to hire students here in my hometown to work there! We students are only allowed to go to USA to work in vacation, which means only in December... here the school calendar is different, we have vacation in December, January and February...

I'm starting to be nervous now LOL... I guess I can write in english reasonably, but to speak it's not that easy... and well, there was a horrible pimple in my face and I couldn't resist, when I realize I was already squeezing it! Now I have something really scary and about 10x worst! LOL

Well, thanks for all the support and help!! I don't know if you can imagine how much more confortable and welcome your kind words made me feel

Izzymare, thank you I feel really greatful for you help!!!
Well, i still got some questions... I was just wondering, I saw at camelback website that the open hours are 8 am to 10 pm... I have heard that when the working hours are more than 8 hours per day, each day you get a diferent shift... but if every day I have to work in different hours, will I still be able to get a second job? A second job is important to me, couse I borrowed from my brothers and sister part of the money needed... And I'm trying hard to pay them back when I return
I've heard some ski resorts give employees some kind of bonus at the end of the season, do u know if Camelback usually does that?
Hum, and what about food? While people are working there, do they have access to descounted food? Couse food in resorts are ussually more expensive...
thanks!

Hello Molly,
It is a pleasure to meet you. I am a recently widowed mother of two, and I have decided to move to PA from NYC to be closer to my mother in law. Unfortunately, I am not hearing very nice things about the Pocono’s Farms East development, as well as the Tobyhanna Area. I guess I did not I did not do enough of my HW to know what others are saying and apparently been saying for a while. Therefore, if all this negative info is true, what can you best tell me, how to protect my family the best I can, and try to make the best out of PA.? I’m not necessarily looking for the general attractions or hobbies; I’m actually looking for reputable home security companies, affordable landscapers. As well as possibly a estimate of what household expenses I am expect ie. Water, electric, cable, internet, garbage pick-up, telephone, etc...

Molly your advice and heads up would be so greatly appreciated. As I am praying that, I have not made the biggest mistake of my life.

Blessings,

Nay
