Thanks for that info !! I will be moving into East Stroudsburg by next summmer and was shocked when I read the unwelcoming comments towards hispanics. I have been visting Poconos for the past five years and have met many friendly people. When my husband and I first stepped into PA we knew that this will be our home. I come from a hardworking family, married with 2 kids and I am looking for a better place for my babies.. I know that no place is safe but PA still has its glow !!! My origins come from Ecuador and I was born in NYC-- graduated college made a career. I have been married for 7 years and made my family. I have struggled and worked very hard to buy my first home and live in a peaceful environment. It would really disturd me if people would discriminate because of color or ethnicity. I know that illegal immigration is a big deal I do not support it or against it.. at the end we all are trying to work in order to survive and make a living. I am worried because many people confuse me for Mexican due to my skin color and features but I always have to correct people and tell then I am Ecuadorian..my husband has no problems he is light skin

First off there is more then one way into Saw creek there are 3 gates up and running with a 4th on the way . and second the crime you list happen in a section outside the gate's of saw creek .I've had nothing but postive things to say about Saw creek
As for tax's my tax's in saw creek are $2800

You have to be very careful with LTS

I purchased a home with them but it is scary stuff make sure you get whatever they promise in writing bcs they tend to forget and give you the run arounds !!!!

I really don't know why people are saying there is all this crime in saw creek?I think Saw creek is a nice place and I've never had any trouble there .I have 2 house's 1 in Saw creek and the other in Arrowhead and I kinda like being in saw creek a little more .

I just hate when people talk bad about a community and really don't know a thing about the community.As for Crime it can happen in any Community and it does, most time's you just don't here about it You only hear and see what's on the news and what's in the paper and half the time you only get half the story .
