Welocme to the boards Mariposa...there are a lot of people here who can help you with your area and steer you in the right direction. I did the cubicle thing for a bank call center once...you are right about the yelling. People can be so bold when they don't see a face behind that voice. It does have it's breaking point. At least my job was incoming calls!
Good Luck on the move and job search! Maybe try the school too? Cafeteria or something? How about a bus driver? |

Hi everyone. My wife and myself are looking to move the region but are not to sure of what area we would like. We have heard mixed reviews about some areas pertaining to crime. We are looking for a gated community ( we have children) that is family oriented and people are friendly. Any advice would be appreciated....

Go into the search spot on top here and put " Hideout" and I think everyone agrees it is the safest, family community......that is gated.
Don't go into gated in Stroudsburg...... |

NYCali,
Since you do not know what area you want to settle down in, it pays to spend some time coming up to look. I would find a realtor that you feel comfortable with. Also, since you have school children you want to research the school district as well. Everyone on this forum has opinions, but you would best be to do your own homework and spend time finding out about the area you hope to call home. Good luck, The Hat |
