Default Indian Lake, White Haven

Hello, we are going to come up to look at some waterfront homes in the next few weeks and was wondering if anyone knew of the tiny lake off 115 near White Haven called Indian Lake? There are 3 homes for sale there - the lake looks incredibly tiny while the homes seem overpriced - 287K to over 300.

We have heard the White Haven area is very nice, and the location to go ski at Jack Frost and Eagle Rock seems good. Just wondering if this location is worth the price and if anyone knew anything about it?

If this was a weekend/vacation home, would we need to worry about security and leaving it alone all week? Not sure if a gated community would be worth it from that standpoint? Hoping to get some opinions from real people before getting hypnotized by a real estate agent...

I haven't been up to Indian Lake in years, but it used to be nice and quiet. Not
many people know about it unless you have been there.

Thanks for the replies - it is difficult to find any information on Indian Lake.
What was it like having a home on that lake - what are the residents like? Is there a homeowners association and how restrictive is it? Where is the nearest grocery shopping? ANY info, even the tiniest trivia or detail would be helpful. Thank you!
