Crime is every where. People on Park Ave get mugged. The problem with most of the people here in the Poconos is that they are not ready for CHANGE. CHANGE IS THE ONLY THING IN LIFE THATS GURANTEED. One of my stupid nieghbors was complaining that she now has to lock her doors Beacause back in the 1950 you could leave them open and go away for a year. Stop Living in the past the United States is becoming more diverse More minorities are becoming educated and well paid. So expect an influx into your area. You cant stop change ! Stop running soon there will be no place to Hide !

Default Brodheadsville

If you want land and to be close to your friends in Stroudsburg......head to Saylorsburg, and for even more land Brodheadsville.
There are resales here right now that are just beautiful.
They are on over an acre. One I can think of that is going for 279,000 is on 3 acres, that are just gorgeous. Another I can think of that is fantastic is on about 5 acres. It is a skip and a jump to Stroudsburg where your friends live and here we have the Pleasant Valley Schools....look them up. They are the best rated around. Just the other day the News had where a family tried to sneek their kids into this school district and will have to pay back a large sum because of it.
If you want acreage.........good schools........not as much snow as the Northern areas of Pa........then Brodheadsville, would be a place to look at.
