Poconos community activist Robert Hillman dies | PoconoRecord.com

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hillman on a fundraising event once, for a single mom who was very sick, with a disabled child. He was a very caring individual, and it was an honor to have met him. The paper described him as a "gentle giant", and that was certainly so.

Thanks to him, for his community service!

poconoproud, Thank you for sharing and bringing attention to such a wonderful human being. Robert Hillman's story reinforces the best in us all. Apparently he lived his life as a fine example of what "hope" really means.
