It is possible that Dunder Mifflin may actually relocate the corporate headquarters from NY to Scranton, due to significantly lower lease rates, which helps Dunder Miff. meet their cost cutting goals. If this move does take place, it would be beneficial to add support to the rebound in Scrantons' RE market.

It is hard to get a job there but I think they are looking to add to the Sales staff- esp. if/when they relocate from NY.
