I hope, for your sake and that of your guests, that the forecast is wrong. We normally stay home and chill on Christmas day so whatever the weather does is cool w/ me. But I realize many, many people have company coming.

Thank you Magritte.......Wow, last I heard it might just "rain" and that would be ok by me.
The kids, and "big" kids too, plan on bringing their skateboards and sleds.........I have the mountain here for all that kind of fun. Sometimes when I am away in the winter, the family comes to camp out here.
They start a fire, cook mellows and drag out their sleds.
I get the most awesome pictures sent down to me in SC. All the sleds coming down the driveway.
There just is usually no place to park, and lucky my neighbors let them use their driveway........!
All their pillows and cooking goods come up by sled. Its such a winter wonderland........

Thank you for the dust.......great.........a dusting is ok!

I'm driving up from AL and will be in PA for a while. I hope to enjoy the snow. My husband is concerned that we may get snowed in and not make it back home. That sounds pretty good to me

That sounds like fun! Well it seems it will most likely be rain or freezing rain. But.........we have plenty of snow around for you to enjoy. Plus, the ski slopes are in great shape and running full speed ahead.

Planning to drive up Saturday morning for a long weekend. Can anyone tell me how much snow is on the ground in Greentown right now? Just wondering if we have to have the driveway plowed or not. I hope an ice storm doesn't mess up our weekend plans. We're really looking forward to a nice Christmas mini-vacation with our kids and new puppy.

I was hoping for a monster blizzard but so far it appears we will get little. Seems like most of the snow has missed me and there is only a very thin layer of snow on the ground. I'd like to get out X country skiing.

Hi all Merry Christmas and Happy Hanakah!!!

We are staying home and having friends by for the eve. I am cooking so much stuff and have been cooking all day, whew I am so tired and I still have to clean .

My husband usually likes to go away for the Christmas holiday but this year because I am not working we will stay put, which I prefer anyway!!!

We have family coming on Saturday and they wanted to go on our ski hill so I am hoping for cold weather not rainy weather. I dont want snow though, dont want the company getting stuck here for too many days, lol.

Have a great holiday all!!!
