Looks like yet another bar/eatery will be joining the growing number of establishments to open shop in downtown W-B. "Bottlenecks", a West Hazleton tavern known for it's "wings" will be joining the entertainment scene on South Main street, across from Hardware Bar and Dunkin Donuts, and next door to Barnes and Noble (the old Wendy's building). I think this is a prime spot, and will do very well there. They said they will specialize in "lunch" for the downtown work force, and office workers and even deliver. I am looking forward to checking it out. Welcome to downtown Wilkes-Barre...Bottleneck's. Here's a link http://www.citizensvoice.com/news/ha...n-w-b-1.502465

Yeah, I'm a wing junkie, so I will be putting them to the test! Also, It looks like it is just gonna be an average "neighborhood bar" type of place (which I like) Instead of trying to be some fancy, "theme" club, or bar. I think it will do very well in that spot. I wanted to open a bar in that spot, and call it "Mr. Brewski's" but I don't have the money, or the know how. Anyway, I will them luck.

Just to let you all know, their wings come "naked" with the sauce on the side for dipping. Some people might prefer them this way, but not me.

That sucks. I don't like them like that either. That may fly in Hazleton, but it won't fly here in W-B.

Yeah, I wonder what happened? There was a liquor licence application in the window for a while, but I havent noticed any building or construction activity at all. Maybe they couldn't get the funding?
