Yes. Our old pal weluvpa was one of the 25 who just applied for the soon-to-be-vacated city council seat in Scranton too.

According to this write up Frank Triniseski did not receive ny votes, four judges voted for Thomas P. Cooney, and Gary Zingaretti, Timothy McGinley and Robert Morgan received one vote each.
