Moscow is tinytown USA, but is only minutes away from Scranton.. you should have no trouble finding what you want.

Looked at a few places to buy a house in the area. The school system in Moscow gets pretty good reviews. However when I looked around for shopping/restaurants, well there really isn't any. Still a nice and pretty area. If you do buy there, the take out pizza place there had some of the best pie at the whole Scranton Italian festival. Hopefully the pizza they made for the festival is the same as they make daily.

I grew up in this area. It has all your basic amenities but for any real shopping you're going to have to travel to Scranton. The food around the area is good Kays/Mendicinos/Waymart Hotel but your options are limited. I for one loved the area as I'm a small town guy that likes the quiet nature of the town. I'm not sure on the dance studios and assuming you have girls expect them to get bored pretty easily. I was able to spend my time doing back woods stuff, not things your average girl would enjoy.
