Is Hemlock Farms really the premier community in the Pocono area? Do you really get what you pay for with Hemlock? The dues are less at Fawn Lake and they seem to have similar ameneties.

The nicest community is Lake Naomi, also the most expensive. The second best is probably Big Bass Lake, then lake wallenpaupak estates and Hemlock Farms. I would choose a community with high dues. It keeps the amenities maintained and keeps out more undesirables.

Lake Naomi in Pocono Summit ?

Thats just down the road from Mount Pocono ... That community is very Nice ,,BUT way overpriced .. and they dictate to you where to put your house , what colors it can be , ..But it is a nice place ..

Timber trails is right around the corner from there ( on rt 423 ) thats another nice one ,But they too are WAY overpriced , And being that they are close to shopping and the interstate they are good places ,BUT the element of the ghetto is right up the road ..

Both of those communitys have a VERY large number of deer in there , Dont plan on having any nice plants without fighting them...
