I'm not sure where we will go for Easter Dinner. I have to plan from quite far away. I don't think they advertise early enough. Its always a rush to find something the last minute. Easter is early this year....
Wondering if anyone has heard of some new places to head to....

I don't know more about Costello's than the fact that my son and dil and their two girls, 8 & 4, (and very well-behaved in restaurants), had a casual meal there and liked it enough to have a "date" there for their anniversary. It's located in Edwardsville and they have a website...Just google costello's edwardsville.

The Lobster Fra Diavolo was quite spicy, (you can request milder) and the Eggplant Rollatini (sp?)
excellent.

Thank you.....I was thinking in Monroe Cty, or upper Northampton area. I have a thought to try Baileys as it is so pretty in there, with lots of choices. I was also thinking of the Galley in Wind Gap.
I better check on if they are even open for Easter.

Anyone have any other suggestions? This MAY be my first Easter in NEPA. In NY it is not uncommon for people to dine out on Easter - brunches and buffets seem especially popular here.
Does anyone have any recommendations
Thanks!!

I would suggest The Stroudsmoor in Stroudsburg if they still have openings.

Unfortunately that was a post from 9 years ago. The last post she made was back in 2015 if you search all of her post. Hopefully she is still alive and well. We always enjoyed her here on CD.
