I know we had a thread here in NEPA of a good Home Inspector. I think he was in Blakeslee and people seemed to like him. Apparently he did a through job.......( its just not coming up in search at all)
The name has left my mind...... Anyone remember?
Or know of another good inspector of the Pocono area....

Pennsylvania Home Inspection Northeastern Pennsylvania, Poconos Home Inspections NEPA and Pocono Home Inspector and Radon Testing
He did a house I was looking at in the the hideout and quickly pointed out some major problems and didnt even charge me a full rate cause we ended the inspection ..this guy is a honest and very complete inspector...

Thank you so much tntweir.........I take it your inspector was the person posted on the first page...
( or do they have different inspectors?)
I like that he was honest. I like the fact that if all doesn't go well the inspection can just "end."
Why waste time and money on the extended process if there is a major issue.

He showed up,Now that I think about it he wouldnt accept anything from me not a dime!!!...This guy is truly a "good Guy"and a true pro at what he does..
I told him I would recommend him anyone that needed an inspector..

Gosh, now only problem is I wrote to that address and they say they are no longer doing home inspections.........???
They gave me Buyers First as a recomendation. Wonder if they are as good as your guy was to you?
