"Gas fitting classification" mandatory for installing gas furnaces in Fairfax County?
I know that a permit has to be pulled for installation of a gas furnace according to the Fairfax County Government website, but is it mandatory for a contractor to have a special classification/certification for installing gas furnaces in Fairfax County? I think you do, but my neighbor says no.
I tried to use Google to find out, but I'm not putting in the correct key words.
Does anyone know?
