Long Term Parking by Dulles Airport? (Arlington, Hampton: hotel, costs, cheapest)

Hello,
Looking for Long Term Parking near Dulles Airport. The Airport charges $15 per day and wondering if there anyone knows someplace nearby that is cheaper.

Dulles is not like BWI. They don't have any long-term lots not run by the airport. Long-term parking at Dulles was about $10 a day last check, not $15 but maybe it has increased?

I've heard you can also stay at a local hotel and park at the hotel for free. I have always just paid to park in the long-term lot.

Check the Hampton Inn-Dulles. I know they had park 'n fly rates if you stay at least one night and their shuttle will take you to terminal. It is much easier than the hassle of long term parking, it takes forever just to get out of the parking lot(IF you can find your car)!!

The Economy Lot at Dulles is not $15 per day, its $10. While not the cheapest in the world, it certainly beats paying around $50 in cab fare each way from Arlington. I've taken Meto to West Falls Church and then the shutte as well which isn't terribly inconvenient as long as you don't have a large amount of luggage.

Economy lot is still only $10, as of last week, and the shuttles run regularly from the terminal out there.

Supposedly, the Dulles Marriot offers a park-n-fly option if you stay one night in the hotel at ~$120, then you can park there for up to 2 weeks.

I read that there's a public free parking lot in the Reston area near the airport. Not sure if it's still there. You could then cab it from the parking lot I guess. Or depending on how long you're planning to park, supershuttle costs $35 each way.
