Can anyone give me any insight to these apartments?? I have been looking for an affordable apartment that will accept my 40pd dog that is walking distance to a metro station. I am open to Vienna, Falls Church, Dunn Loring and along the Orange Line in Arlington. The problem is that I donít want to live in a high-rise and need a 2 bedroom but cannot afford upwards of 2500 a month.

I pass by the Dunn Loring Apartments everyday and found their website which has available 2 bedrooms, I was just wondering of the quality of management. Itís sort of odd to me that the company email address is a gmail address and I just called the phone number in which a voicemail answered and said thanks for calling, leave a message. Perhaps these are all individually owned, I am not sure. I also cannot find them on Apartment Ratings. Any insight or experiences with these apartments??

We are staying temporarily in the Vantage apts in Dunn Loring, it is 7/10th of a mile to the metro, and I see people with pets here. Management seems to be pretty good, even though we deal with our corporate people. Here is the link to their floorplan and pricing page The Vantage at Merrifield - Floor Plans & Pricing The one bedroom with a den could probably be used as a 2 bd if need be and the top price for it is $2015

For what it is worth they are new apts, there is a Cold Stone Creamery, a cleaner, bakery, Noodles & Co, 4 Sisters underneath the apts. They have private and public parking, there is a Fed-ex and a gym on the bottom level and it is a 5 story apt complex. They also offer a van that goes to the metro every 20 minutes beginning at 6 in the morning and then starting at 4 in the afternoon until 7:20.
