Hi

Could somebody tell me which among the following is a safe/reasonably priced Apt complex (I am looking for a 2 Bed, 2 Bath, covered parking preferred, price around 1400-1600/month) in Herndon:

1. dulles green
2. vanmeter at woodlands park
3. archstone dulles 13800 Jefferson Park Drive, Herndon
4. archstone reston landing : 12000 Cameron Pond Drive, Reston -
5. Westerly at Worldgate: 13000 Wilkes Way, Herndon, VA 20170 -
6. ashton at dulles center: 13958 Mansarde Ave, Herndon , VA - 20171
7. ave dulles: 2323 Dulles Station Boulevard, Herndon, VA 20171
8. camden dulles station: 2320 Dulles Station Boulevard, Herndon, VA 20171
9. ashford meadows: 2551 Cornelia Road Herndon, VA 20171 -

I guess I am more concerned about safety than other things.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Raj

Have you heard of the Trevors Run apartments off Sunrise Valley Drive? I lived there for almost four years and loved my apartment. I don't know what a 2br unit would rent for, but two years ago, I was paying around $1300 for a large (950 sf) 1br with a den.

The complex always seemed safe to me, and it is extremely well-maintained. The parking is not covered, though.

I don't know anything specific about the complexes you listed.

Here are some threads we've had in the past that mention some of those apartment complexes. Hope it helps.

Wow ... that second photo has a washer/dryer in the kitchen. Is that normal? Looks a bit tight for space there.

There's a townhouse rental complex in downtown Herndon, right on Center Street (not the side where the library is, but opposite side) and it has covered / attached 2-car garage and washer/dryer in unit. The rent is roughly $1600 - $1800 per month depending on models. It's called The Townes at Herndon Center run by Equity Apt. I
