Anyone know the commute time from Huntley Meadows to Bolling? Looking to possibly rent there. Thanks.

We live in the Vantage subdivision which is one of the subdivisions surronding Huntley Meadows. It is off of South Kings Highway close to Telegraph Road. Other subdivsions follow South Kings Highway down towards Route 1 and then off of Harrison Lane or Lockeed Blvd again down to Route 1. Commute would be the same route - down to Route 1 the a short trip to the Wilson Bridge accross it to the beltway and on up to Bolling. Against raffic all the way so you are looking at maybe 30 minutes at worst... longer on bad days. Intersection at South Kings Highway and Harrison was bad, bad just completed construction should speed things up. The area near near Huntley and Telegraph is close to Kingstowne -- a newer shopping/eating area and not too fat from central Springfiled and 95 to DC and Richmond. The area near Huntley and Route 1 is a little more congested and gets a bad rap but also offers shopping and eats -- lots of new construction and cleaning up should improve it -- although Route 1 carries a lot of traffice. Good look.
