Default Lawn mowing, landscaping, tree removal recs?

We recently bought a house in Fairfax County and are looking for recommendations for a few different services. We're planning to do an extensive addition/construction on the house and need to prep the site. Here's what we're looking for...

1) Lawn mowing - Looking to ideally not spend much (less than $50) since we don't care about it looking pretty. Just need someone to mow it biweekly until construction starts...which should hopefully be 1-2 months from now.

2) Tree removal - Have a number of trees that need to either be removed or thoroughly trimmed down.

3) Plant/tree relocating - There are a lot of nice small trees (6 ft tall or less), plants, and bushes scattered around the property - things like Japanese maples, magnolias, etc. They will be in the way of the new addition/construction and we'd love to keep them if possible. I'm guessing some sort of specialist who's familiar with these plants would have to dig them up and plant them way off on the side of the lawn temporarily and them replant later in a more ideal location. Does anyone have experience doing something like this and have a recommendation?

Thanks!!
