We are going tomorrow to get our drivers licenses and our vehicles titled and registered. I called the DMV phone number but am still on hold as I type. My question is, I printed out the paperwork for the drivers license which is pretty straight forward, however there is a paper to title and register your vehicle which is a VSA17-A and then there is one to register a vehicle which is a VSA 14. I found a newcomers area on the DMV website with instructions on what you need and it shows needing to fill out both the VSA 17-A and the VSA-14, but filling out the VSA-14 doesn't make sense since the VSA 17-A is for both titling and registering, can anyone offer any insight?
