Default should Iconsider a house in Princedale area of Woodbridge?

We are relocating and are considering a house on Princedale Drive in Dale City area of Woodbridge. Would like to know about the area as far as safety is concerned for a family or even a single person. Noticed 2 schools in the neighborhood Rosa Parks and Christa McAuliffe. How are these schools? Any information will be appreciated.

Compared to neighborhoods in the A, B, C and D areas of Dale City Prince Dale is not bad at all. It has its issues but all do. If your budget allows I'd prefer something like Montclair or others around Minnieville and Spriggs Rd. You'll find pockets of homes where people let them turn to crap but overall you could do much worse.

I grew up in the Princedale development. It's gone a little downhill over the years, but there are still several pockets of families that take good care of their property. There are a couple of not-so-nice stretches, but the vast majority of the neighborhood is nice and safe.
