I am very particular who cleans and maintains my teeth. VERY picky. I would highly recommend Soft touch Dental Care in Oakton, VA off Chainbridge Rd. I am actually in the middle of total dental reconstruction and they are an AWESOME staff there. Dr Chung is most professional and his lead Hygeinist , Melissa is top of the line and is always advancing her career with the latest procedures. she is a phenomenal person.

Not according to the dentist, but I'll make sure to ask again. The sonicare is actually gentle even though it offers several options for "cleaning."

My recommendation is to get a second opinion before committing to this treatment. You might want to ask a friend or colleague for a referral. BTW- I am a dentist.

My dentist in Phx charges 280 per quadrant. That's a LONG way from 3,000.

I just started this treatment on Thursday Night. The Perdontist is a University Professor, so the clinic only has evening hours. I was sent to the lab for a full mouth x-ray, so she could determine bone loss. That cost 10.16 USD. I came back for the first treatment session, yesterday. The Professor deep cleaned two quadrants with Novocaine. About four shots total, but I actually lost count. She pulled out a lot of deposits that were hiding beneath the gum-line. Yesterday's bill was 27.11 USD. I will go back on Tuesday evening for the final two quadrants, and it will be another 27.11. So the complete treatment will have cost me 64.38 USD. There was no hygienist involved, just the Periodontist, who also is a University Professor at the top dental school in a nation of 64 million people. I would put her up against any dental professional, anywhere in America (or Europe). It's a shame and a nightmare that dentist in the States insist on living lavish lifestyles, and encouraging their employees to up sell services every chance they get.
