Default Turkey Hill's BLITZBURGH CRUNCH ice cream???

Anyone know where I can find this locally? There are so many Pittsburgh Steeler fans living in Northern Virginia -- it must be carried somewhere!

If you find it let me know! I love the Turkey Hill brand of ice cream. I think it's made in Lancaster County, PA?

I have never seen that flavor, Giant has Turkey Hill ice cream on sale this week but I didn't see that kind yesterday.

I've never seen it either. Wegman's carries it but they have a limited selection of flavors. Shopper's Food Warehouse seems to have the greatest variety of flavors of Turkey Hill so you might try there but I'm betting it's just not sold here.

I already sent them an URGENT email -- LOL. I am FROM Pittsburgh and am your typical Pittsburgh Steeler fan -- can't get enough of the black and gold. I heard that they have the ice cream in a store in Culpepper -- so that might be my next option. It sells out IMMEDIATELY in Pittsburgh so it is even harder to find up there.

Btw -- went to Magruders in Vienna today and asked the manager to please stock BLITZBURGH CRUNCH. She said she would try -- and I told her I would let all the Steeler fans know and she would sell out immediately.

Also -- heard the flavor is very tasty. I am going to try to post the pic of it -- never done that before -- so be patient please .

Where are you from? I'm a native PGH'er too - we'll have to get a C-D group of Steeler fans together!

Coming from a Panthers fan, that Blitzburgh crunch looks pretty good. NoVA should definitely sell it considering that the Steelers have a major following outside Pittsburgh.

I'm moving to Pittsburgh. It's really a shock how many more people move from Pittsburgh to DC than vice-versa. I really can't understand why.

I love Pittsburgh -- but the economy up there has always been "difficult." It is NOT easy to find a job. People who have good jobs stay in them forever -- you do not have much turnover. And when they do leave --they tell their cousins and their brothers and their neighbors so the jobs rarely get advertised -- someone is always poised to take it before it is available. The pay scale is lower but of course the cost of living is lower, too.

I graduated from college shortly after the collapse of the steel industry -- things were really bleak then. I could not find any jobs to even apply for -- so I went where there was work. : (

I wish you much luck in Pittsburgh -- things ARE better -- but all my relatives say the job market is still VERY tight -- so be prepared.
