notice how many white folks there are in annandale - every census tract in inner Annandale is from 30% to 50% white. Not that theres anything wrong with not being white, but it runs counter to certain stereotypes about Annandale.

The problem with these demographics is it's a snapshot of how things were at a certain time and people are always moving here. Nova's too fluid for the snapshot approach, although I suppose it can give a general idea.
