Anyone knows where I can get a King cake in Northern Virginia?

King cake - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In some countries it is traditioanlly eaten on January 6, and I love how it tastes (lots of sugar, yum). But they are not always easy to find, so any help would be appreciated!

Can't remember the name but there is a SWISS bakery in Springfield in a shopping center on Old Keene Mill Road -- and since King cake is celebrated in Switzerland -- you might have a shot. I have stopped in that bakery and they did alot of traditional ethnic cakes and pastries -- mostly of the Western European variety. There is also the Heidelberg Bakery in Arlington -- that is German but they also might have King cake. Let us know!

I have them shipped in from Louisiana. I see where www.BuyLouisiana.com is running a special this week. $23.99 for a Medium shipped anywhere in the lower 48. Had their Praline last year. It was really good. Not local but hope this helps..
