I'd rather see the Caps play than the Nats any day. Baseball is sort of a boring sport (IMO) and it seems like every time I go to a game I either get a seat in the sun and fry or it rains. Going to see the Caps is so much more fun.

I have a hard time following the playoffs. It's nice to see the sportscasters excited about a local team, though.

The playoffs are the only time I can follow hockey. I probably couldn't bring myself to watch a regular season game if I was being paid but there is an energy in the playoff games that make it pretty entertaining to me.

I watch both. There's no comparison to the playoffs though! They usually have you on edge of your seat (if you're really into a team). Even though those teams didn't matter, I stay up until 1 am to watch Vancouver finally oust Chicago last night. It was a real thriller. Getting ready to stay up for the Wings-Sharks upcoming series. You Caps fans are lucky your team plays in the Eastern Conference.
