Looking for renters in Gainesville
I have a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse in Gainesville to rent but I'm having no luck with craigslistor with any realtors. Can anyone suggest a relocation company or a place that can help me get my place rented fast.

Not sure if you're genuinely asking for help, or just advertising your rental here. lol With that said, you should definately include the rental amount, and also state all the particulars required, e.g. first, last and security. The Gainsville area is more of a buyers area, rather than a rental market---therefore, it will most likely take a bit longer for you to rent your townhouse, then it would be to rent a similiar TH in Alexandria, Arlington, et cetera.

LOL! No, I wasn't advertising but I can see how it would come across that way. That's why I didn't list any $ amounts. I really do need help. This is the first time I've been on this site. It is taking a long time to rent out the space, I was sincerely looking for military or business relocation companies that were creditable to seek out for assistance from.

I removed the attachment per city-data rules. You can actually post your rental advertisement in the advertisement forum.

Cool, maybe you've found a tenant.
Just a thought since obviously I haven't seen your craigslist listing, etc., but make sure to have pictures and a lot of very specific information. Also, make sure to have additional search terms in the title and in the listing. Someone might not think to search for "Gainesville" but they might search for, well, I don't know what - access to 66, maybe Prince William, maybe even Manassas, Haymarket, etc., etc.
Personally, I would use wording to make clear that you will be a friendly and responsive landlord. I think this gets the right tenants rather than the wrong ones, really.
I don't have any good ideas about other places - obviously the Post, maybe local papers. I know that that the moms clubs have big email loops, but usually it is for others seeking resources (where can I find a good plumber, etc.). Still, those are good networks.

I am looking for a home to rent in the area. I will be there m-f for the next year and a half by myself. Sometimes my family will come up from NC on the weekend. My wife is a teacher and has a year left on her contract. My son will be a senior and we promised him he could graduate before we move. I have a position in Manassas that will pay three times what I can make here - so I will come up 14 months before they do. We will be buying property and building a home. I will be buying new furniture, kitchen stuff etc for the new home so I need a house and not a room or apartment.
Could you send me more info.
