Default I need a lender
I am looking for a lender that does investment properties. Please e-mail me if you do.

20% is the minimum amount you can put down correct?

They may even tell you no go at 30% down. I've heard of this happening recently, even with excellent credit.

For investment properties, I believe the minimum down is now 25%.
