Just got my assessment notice and it was about 9% than last year's. Am wondering how this compares with what everyone else is seeing.

Shoot. Just realized I left out the key adjective: "less". It was 9% less than last year's.

That is one of the few that I have heard of dropping. Ours went up 2%.
