alright fox...I am finally moving this Tuesday, got a job offer and I am starting this wednesday. I will be staying close to manassas for few weeks as my work will be in woodbridge. If you all can advise a nice apartment with nice neighbour hood. I am trying to look one bedroom for no more $950.

That might not be easy, but not impossible. Check Craigslist. Here is one in Woodbridge.

Congratulations!tgbwc : it won't be easy to find a 1BR at $950. In fact, if you find that at a managed building or complex, I'd be very wary, even at that relatively distant location. But there may be private owners, as referred to above, that will be able to meet your range.
