I've heard of it but have no experience. I just want to say that if you or any of your family members are in the miltiary or work for DOD, then Navy Federal is an excellent credit union to join (your military family member would have to join first in order for you to join). They are the biggest credit union. Their headquarters are right here in Vienna plus there are branches throughout the area. Their rates are always competitive. There are very few extra bogus fees, and they are always pleasant and easy to deal with. We love Navy Federal. If you can get in, I highly suggest it:
