Yes, and every spring they read this passage at Our Lady of Vermicilli...

It's one of those sweet little Great Falls churches with a huge garden and spaghetti dinners on the patio.
You know... hosta out back, pasta out front.

I don't blame you! It was a joke (which one would not realize, now that the subject line has been redacted). I saw that the tired old thread about MS-13 in Alexandria had again reared its head--one of many that disappear and then reappear months later--and I couldn't resist spoofing it.

I'm just so glad the delicate cardiovascular systems of the residents of Great Falls have been spared this horrific shock.

Since this thread is going nowhere fast, I figured I'd add in that I *love* The Waltons - 1970's tv show, and yes I'm dating myself! You can visit The Waltons Museum with re-created studio sets and cool memorabillia from the show just south of Charlottesville in Schuyler. You can even see their original house and church in town. Very fun! Now back to Great Falls.

Judging from the houses I saw today on the Virginia parade of homes the only GS-13's there would be the kid living in his/her parents basement. But they would have a darn nice basement.
