Today's weather was spectacular! I have all my windows open. Ahhhh.... Makes me think of fall.

I want to sleep with my windows open. I also want to leave them open during the day so dog can get fresh air. But I'm afraid of break-ins.

Alexandria. During the day, I mean while I'm at work. I have no problem leaving them open when I'm home and awake. But open windows while I'm sleeping just feels vulnerable.

I don't blame you one bit seiketsu. I live in a very safe area, but why tempt fate? I open the windows when I'm awake, and close all the windows on the main floor before going to bed. I do keep my bedroom window open, but it's not a window anyone could access from the outside. I close the other upstairs windows when sleeping.

Now today we have the perfect June day. If only it could stay like this all summer.

Today's NoVA's weather *is* perfect. It feels like coastal California (only no mountains and ocean). But the temperature, humidity and breezes are lovely here!
