I'm pulling my hair out as to the inefficiency of this gov't relo called "RARS" or Remax Allegiance Relocation Company. Finally got our budget to move end of May and it took them more than 3 wks to finalize the 334. Had to change "specialist" after that and supervisor took over. Still slow. Really slow. This is not our first relo w/the feds, we had Cartus before and never had a problem w/them! The specialist from Cartus did everything himself, got the updates and he was always calling us to make sure that the other contractors, movers, realtors were getting in touch w/us and all. This company,,you have to call them and then that's when they will move! Took them a week to give us a name of a property management company we can use in our area,,,,we usually have atleast 3 choices! A week for a name and a few pages of standard forms that we could have gotten the day after the conference call!!! We're due to move out of NoVa end of July and we still don't have a mover!!! The house isn't even listed and we need to have it rented by Aug!!!! Anyone w/any good experience on this company? Talk abt. gov't waste,,, this is the epitome of gov't waste.
