Well, I finally found out what they've been building next to Dulles Town Center. Dell has opened a “solution center” for customers to check out their latest interactive technologies in action. Apparently some parts of the building are for secure government virtual technologies--but I wonder if any of the building will be open to the public? I think it would be cool to check some of those things out.

Sounds like a fun little place. They have one in Austin, and another in Shanghai. Apparently they put one at DTC so that people flying into DC to discuss defense projects, etc. can stop by the solutions center on their way back to the airport.

What are they building at the intersection of Rt. 7 and 28?

One correction - the Dell center isn't near Dulles Town Center. It's on Dulles Corner Lane in Herndon, which is off Sunrise Valley Drive, south of the Dulles Hyatt.

Oh, so it isn't that cool looking building at 28 and 7? Well now I'm back to the same old curious question. Guess I read that article too quickly and jumped toa conclusion, just because that building has been puzzling me ever since they started building it. So now I'm back to the original question, just what is that place they built out by DTC????

As I mentioned in the other thread, it's the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation.
