While I don't know anything about the demographics of the area, it is disingenuous, given the international presence in this region, to make broad-based assumptions based on language.

I would say that that area is fine after looking at it on a map. I used to live in Jackson Ridge right off of Coverstone and although Coverstone has a bad rap - I never had any issues.

Overall not a bad area. I likely wouldn't move there but I'd never live in a town home ever again if I can help it. There will be the occasional call for service in the area with the Prince William Co PD but it certainly is not a high crime area.
