The most worst caring staff. I was there for my road test twice. In first test the examiner failed me without telling me why and how can I improve. In second, the lady again did the same, I approached her for to explain me where I need attention to pay on my driving. The staff do not have any human touch. The manager is very rude. Its like they have only one word to say is you are fail and here your world ends, because in their dictionary a failed student does not have any option except to stop driving. A student who already got fail need your caring advise on how to improve and not your harsh words and annoying tone of saying YOU ARE FAIL THATS ALL. I will rate them on 0-10 scale a big zero. They are the worst department I have ever came across.

Yes, you for sure should be told why you failed (and I'm very surprised you were not).

Go here and politely complain with a request that all testers reveal reasons behind fails:

I need to hear both sides of the story before I can make a judgement. Any Chantilly DMV staffers out there care to comment?
