Default please help!

i am looking for a very specific place to live in northern virginia. This is going to be close to impossible to find but if you could help as much as you can i'd appreciate it! i was wondering if anyone knows of a place in northern virginia on a lake, near the ocean(within an hour) that's a small, friendly town, maybe near a bigger city for somewhere to work, and not around the mountains, i know, it's very difficult but if anyone knows of anywhere even similar to this it would be VERY helpful! thanks!

Maybe down near Fredricksburg? Lake Anna is a decent-sized lake near there. I guess Fredericksburg isn't all that small of a town anymore though but there are other smaller cities in the area.

There is no ocean anywhere near Northern VA, you'd have to drive 3-4 hours to eastern Maryland or Virginia Beach.

I could suggest several, both in Prince William County. Lake Jackson in Manassas and Lake Montclair in Dumfries. There is also a Lake Manassas in Manassas but it is pricey. While it is pretty far to any ocean in Northern Virginia, you are 1-2 hours from the Chesapeake Bay. Also consider living near a river, there is the Occoquon River between Fairfax and Prince William counties.

NoVA and 1 hour to ocean does not exist. Lots of lakes and there is an ocean, but no in NoVA.
