upscale neighborhoods
Little Rocky Run in Clifton (20124) is very nice and family oriented. The houses are anywhere from 650,000-1 million. It has community centers and the elementary school, Union Mill, is in the subdivision. The Middle School, Liberty, is also very close. The High School, Centreville is nearby too. All three are excellent schools. Centreville is oozing with school spirit. There's a shopping center, the colonnade, nearby.
Virginia Run in Centreville (20120) is another upscale, family friendly neighborhood with amazing schools. The houses are similar to those in Little Rocky Run. it goes to Virginia Run Elementary, Stone Middle School, and Westfield High School. All three are excellent. Prices here will be about the same as Little Rocky Run.
Housing in both subdivisions are fairly similar with traditional colonials throughout.
