Are there any nice apartments in Old Town that can be recommended?

I read in Apartment Guide that they're opening a Clayborne Apartments right on the waterfront in Old Town.

Also, there are some new ones not in Old Town, but on the fringes by Holland Lane and Eisenhower (by the station). E.g. Carlyle Place Apartments, Meridian at Eisenhower Station, Post Carlyle Station
