Vacation home & acreage (hardwood floors, renting, purchase)

Looking for a Log Home type of property with real looking logs NOT b-board or whatever that fake looking wood is called. with acreage I want it mostly in a somewhat small town community. I don't care if it's north or south, preferably in the East but West will do fine. 3/2 baths, basement on moutain (this particular home but have logs throughout. or regular home on leveled ground. Preferably one, two acres or more. I don't want to pay more than 200K. I would be renting out this home most of the year, i only want to use it 3 weeks in December of each year. It would be nice if property had a second home even though it might be a bit smaller in scale on the property which I can use in December. I don't care if log home is two floors/home on one floor. hopefully, NOT too old. If Log home would like large windows, vaulted ceilings tongue and groove; fireplace(s) with stone from ceiling to floor. Hardwood floors. Would like to purchase with closing costs included in price. I BELIEVE THAT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
