Condos on the lake are in the Harbor Point Community. I don't see anything for rent in there now - and rarely do - but there are two units for sale.

Franklin Farm is a wonderful neighborhood for families. There are some townhomes in Franklin Farm that *might* rent for about $1500.

There are three daycare centers just in Franklin Farm-- two Kindercares and a Reston Day School. I'm sure there are lots of family daycares, too.

Thank you, I will look in that area to see what's available. How about Oakton? Is it a safe area, family friendly? Chantilly? Just trying to see what my options are

Oakton is very safe but pricier and mostly single homes.

I see. I wanna stay about 20 minutes of commute time max so I will look at those areas and safety is my main concern at this point. Thanks again
