Has anyone taken cooking classes from Cookology in the Dulles Town Center? If so, how was it? I have always passed by this place and wanted to try it out.

Also, are there any other local cooking classes that anyone would recommend? I love to cook and am looking to try something new! Thanks.

Check Fairfax County website for ACE adult classes. A variety of cooking classes are always scheduled.

I took a class there and had fun. It was fun to look up from time to time and see people walking by and checking it out. We made steamed mussels and a fancy dessert, and the preparation was amusing. However, I'm not sure I'd do it again because it was pretty pricey. A cooking class offered through a parks and recreation dept. would probably be just as much fun for half the price.

Thanks for the advice! I will look into the classes offered by parks and rec.

The Cookology classes sounded cool but are definitely pricey (as Caladium had noted).
