I was just browsing homes/communities to add to my search list (if and when I buy in future, next year
)
Looks like Loudoun Valley Estates is a Toll Brother's product. I was wondering how the community is like. I see that some of the homes are insanely big (like an acre lot).
And I saw some good deals in Brampton Land Bay (1 and 2) and looks like this one has short sales rising. But overall they look like a nice community area/location wise.

these 2 are very nice community in Ashburn, South Riding of Loudoun county is a another good option too.
