Me? Cleaning. Cleaning out the car and then the house. Then some laundry. Maybe eat some greens, and then go for a run. Looks like the streets are already crowded from all the resolutions...

How about you?

Clean the garage -- start to bag up STUFF to get rid of in the New Year. I don't make official resolutions but my UNOFFICIAL one is to clean out every closet in my house and declutter. I am also going to watch football and slowly eat my way through the leftovers in the refrigerator. I already took a 45 minute walk in the early morning cold -- felt great.

I had to mail some packages today to my daughter who FORGOT HER WINTER COAT before she went back to school. Yes, they are calling for 6 inches of snow where she is. UPS isn't working today but at least I got them mailed. Grocery store, gas, getting ready for work tomorrow. WAHHHHHHHH!!!!

Apparently the colder weather kept people off the trail today. Strangely though Trader Joe's in Old Town was jam packed. You'd have thought they were calling for 6" of snow here or an impromptu Redskins game. I seriously doubt it was due to Tostitos Fiesta Bowl parties.

I had to work today at my merchant services job. Listened to one friend with an apparently racist brother-in-law who is already a confirmed jerk. I really hope I can get a job that follows federal govt calendars and get holidays for a change once I get back to Metro DC.

So metro DC is a definite now? No more consideration for other East Coast locations? (And then there was Texas, I think. Certainly not East Coast. )

Day-2 of recovery from culling, packing, and then hauling three boxes and four bags worth of used clothing over to Goodwill on Saturday. Ooh, the back!!! It'll all seem worth it come April 15, though.

Not totally definite. But it looks like she may be the best option right now even with her flaws. Texas' sticking point is starting from scratch all over again, which I don't really have the desire to do at this point anyway. Now after a couple of years to establish myself in a field TX may be it.
