Don't be so hard on yourself.

I just went through the process of finding a full-time job (will be graduating with an M.S. this spring). Had to go through a lot of bull crap, especially from recruiters. I will never, ever respond to a call/email from a recruiter again. Anyway, the week I finally said $&%! it, I got a call from a company and after a 5-hour interview they hired me. There is hope, don't give up! Sometimes it takes months to find a job. My last day at my current job is next Friday and I cannot wait. No more commuting to DC or dealing with government crap.

Thanks for your advice EuroExpat. Congrats on your new job and your Masters degree. I know that you won't be missing the daily commute to D.C. and doing endless government stuff.

I'll just keep on going with my job search and see what happens. I'm just tired of the lies, bull crap, and misleading information that recruiters and hiring managers are telling me. Sometimes, I feel that I'm treated like a child during this process.

However, I do know that when I get back to full-time work, I will be a lot better employee then most *******s that are currently working now.
