I'm around Brambleton. I've got an 07' VW with 53k miles, looking for a good, german car shop that isn't at dealer prices. Any recommendations from others?

I'm also looking for a place that can repair slightly bent wheels. Chicago roads did a number on my rims, two of which are slightly bent. Trying to decide if I should buy new ones, or have these fixed for much less. Would prefer to fix them if possible. Had a shop in chicago called wheel america, $125 would have a rim brought back to new. Can't seem to find one around here though..

Thanks!

I have a BMW and recently went to Absolut Autoworks in Sterling. I thought they did a great job and their prices were fair. Not sure if they fix wheels but I would certainly recommend that you give them a call.

The only catch is that they are only open on weekdays, no weekends if that's your plan.

$125 to repair bent wheel is cheap. I was quoted (here) close to $200 to repair slightly curbed wheel alone.

I damaged a wheel a couple of years ago. I wound up buying a used wheel off ebay in excellent condition for under $100.
